Bali Super Host is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Villa Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the stunning area of Pecatu, Bali. As a Villa Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our properties, delivering an unforgettable experience for our international guests. You will be responsible for overseeing daily villa operations, managing a team of staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests at all times.
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary staff, conducting regular training and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and security standards across the property.
- Coordinate with the management team to manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in villa management, hospitality management, or luxury guest accommodation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Valid work permit (IKTA) for employment in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and office software.
