Bali Super Host is a premier villa management company dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences in the heart of Bali. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Villa Supervisor to join our team in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan.
As a Villa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service for our guests. You will lead a team of housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries promptly, and maintain the property to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering luxury experiences.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in hospitality, preferably in villa or hotel management, who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of the local area is a plus. If you are organized, proactive, and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily villa operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests to ensure a flawless stay.
- Inspect villas regularly to maintain cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards.
- Train, schedule, and manage a team of staff to deliver consistent service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with villa showings, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Provide concierge-level recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in villa management, hotel supervision, or related hospitality role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Bali tourism and local area is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and property management software.
