Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day villa operations, ensuring all properties meet the company's high cleanliness and comfort standards.
- Manage and lead the local villa staff, including housekeeping and maintenance personnel.
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any immediate issues to ensure high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for regular villa maintenance, repairs, and deep cleaning schedules.
- Monitor villa supplies, inventory, and procurement processes to maintain efficient operations.
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and report findings to the management team.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, maintenance status, and incident logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in villa management, hospitality, or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesian.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with grace.
- Deep knowledge of the Pecatu and Uluwatu area is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between villas as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a five-star guest experience.
