Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily villa operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high aesthetic and safety standards.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for amenities and supplies.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Resolve guest complaints and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in villa management or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional local languages are a plus.
- Valid driving license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
