- Oversee all architectural aspects of village development including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with construction teams to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- Review and approve architectural submissions from contractors and vendors
- Develop design guidelines and standards for community structures
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to plans
- Collaborate with municipal authorities for permit approvals and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional Architectural License (PRC) with at least 3 years of experience
- Proven track record in residential or community development projects
- Expert knowledge of Philippine building codes and zoning regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools
- Strong project management and site supervision capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating successful architectural implementations
