Join YTO Express as a VIP Client Operations & Dispatch Management Staff and become the backbone of our premium logistics services. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate seamless VIP pickups, dispatch operations, and linehaul coordination while managing driver teams and optimizing transport routes. Your expertise will ensure high-priority shipments receive the exceptional attention they deserve, directly enhancing client satisfaction and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate VIP client pickups and dispatch operations with precision and timeliness
- Manage driver assignments and optimize daily linehaul routes for efficiency
- Oversee transport logistics for high-priority shipments and sensitive cargo
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking and proactively address operational delays
- Maintain clear communication channels with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company compliance standards
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in dispatch workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch operations or transport coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software and route optimization tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
- Valid professional driver's license (Class 1-3 preferred)
- Proven track record in client relationship management
