Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, providing a high-touch arrival experience.
- Manage VIP table reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring optimal flow and guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate closely with the floor manager and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery of service.
- Maintain comprehensive records of guest history, preferences, and special requests to build lasting relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, resolving any guest concerns with grace and efficiency.
- Oversee the restaurant's reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an upscale dining, hotel, or premium hospitality setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presence.
- Ability to remain calm and maintain composure under pressure during peak service hours.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in reservation management software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms).
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding guest safety, comfort, and service standards.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
