Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP/High-Net-Worth clients by providing personalized investment advisory services.
- Develop and implement tailored financial strategies aligned with individual client goals and risk profiles.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within the HNW segment to expand the firm’s assets under management.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide clients with timely insights on financial market trends.
- Maintain superior service standards to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists to deliver cross-functional financial solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or premium brokerage.
- Possession of WMI (Wakil Manajer Investasi) or WPEE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) licenses is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, mutual funds, and fixed-income products.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and high-value relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, office-based environment in Jakarta Utara.
