Tanggung Jawab
- Manage email correspondence and communications with clients and stakeholders
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records
- Assist with social media content creation and community management
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis reports
- Support online order processing and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems
