Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage both inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead qualification and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to convert leads into paying customers.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales tactics.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in inbound or outbound campaigns.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively during the graveyard shift.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
