- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
