- Conduct virtual presentations and consultations via video conferencing tools.
- Provide expert advice on financial planning and insurance products.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention.
- Accurately prepare and submit insurance applications and documentation.
- Participate in regular team meetings and digital training sessions to stay updated on product features.
- Achieve individual sales targets while adhering to company ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a resident of or based in Cainta, Rizal or nearby areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for virtual meetings.
- High school graduate or college level/graduate; previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
