Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell insurance products.
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries or concerns.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (College degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Must be comfortable working in a home office setup with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be willing to work on a flexible part-time schedule.
- Preferably with a laptop or desktop computer.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
