Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire visa application process for clients, ensuring all requirements are met
- Provide professional guidance and support to clients regarding visa procedures, documentation, and requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on application status and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of visa applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes to provide accurate information
- Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities
- Track and manage application timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; additional language skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or customer relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and procedures is highly desirable
