- Handle end-to-end visa application support for Mandarin-speaking clients
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to address client inquiries
- Prepare and verify visa documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with immigration authorities and third-party service providers
- Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems
- Provide timely updates on application status and procedural changes
- Resolve client issues through proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service consistency
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1-2 years in client relations or visa processing
- Strong attention to detail with document verification skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian immigration regulations preferred
