Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage a high volume of visa applications, including KITAS and KITAP permits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise directly with immigration authorities and government officials to resolve complex case issues.
- Prepare, review, and file all necessary legal documents and supporting evidence for client cases.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to expatriate clients regarding visa regulations and documentation requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all client applications and case statuses in the internal database.
- Assist in the preparation of legal presentations and compliance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in visa processing, immigration law, or legal administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian immigration regulations and government procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential for communicating with international clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
