Brexa Indonesia is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Visa Senior Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the point person for all immigration, visa, and work permit processing for our international personnel and clients. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, maintaining seamless coordination with government agencies, and providing expert advisory on immigration policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end visa and work permit application process (KITAS, KITAP, VOA, Business Visas) for expatriate employees and clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian immigration regulations and ensure all company activities remain compliant.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the Ministry of Manpower, Immigration Office, and other relevant government bodies.
- Prepare, verify, and submit accurate documentation for visa renewals, extensions, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and proactively initiate extension procedures to prevent overstay or non-compliance issues.
- Provide expert guidance to management and staff regarding visa requirements and travel regulations.
- Manage electronic reporting systems (e-Kitas, TKA Online) and maintain meticulous physical and digital filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or corporate administrative services.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian immigration law, labor regulations, and expatriate documentation processes.
- Proven experience working directly with government agencies and immigration authorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-level professional interactions.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online immigration portals.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
