Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process visa applications and supporting documents for international clients.
- Liaise with clients to gather required information and clarify visa requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our internal immigration management systems.
- Ensure all documentation complies with current Indonesian immigration regulations and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the application process.
- Assist in the resolution of visa-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and processing times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration support, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian visa regulations and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingual preferred).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A valid ID card (KTP) is required.
