Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop machine vision algorithms for automated optical inspection (AOI) systems in semiconductor equipment
- Implement and optimize image processing techniques for defect detection and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision system requirements and specifications
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of vision systems in industrial environments
- Integrate vision solutions with robotic systems and manufacturing equipment
- Research and apply emerging computer vision technologies to enhance system performance
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and project deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine vision systems development
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, C#) and vision libraries (OpenCV, Halcon)
- Strong knowledge of image processing, pattern recognition, and deep learning fundamentals
- Experience with AOI systems in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with hardware integration (cameras, lighting, sensors) for vision systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced R&D environments
