Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily online vision inspections using advanced vision systems to ensure product conformity.
- Analyze visual data and compare it against customer requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, report, and document product defects or irregularities accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to resolve quality issues and minimize waste.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during inspections.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback on inspection processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or visual inspection within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of vision systems and automated inspection technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect minute defects.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate inspection software.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain high productivity under pressure.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
