Kualifikasi
- PhD in Political Science, Economics, International Relations, or related East Asian studies field
- Minimum 5 years post-doctoral research experience with strong publication record
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one East Asian country's political or economic systems
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Excellent command of English with strong academic writing abilities
- Collaborative mindset with experience in multicultural academic environments
- Preference for candidates with regional language proficiency (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
