- Greet and welcome all visitors, travelers, and passengers with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Provide accurate directions and detailed information regarding airport facilities, services, and flight statuses.
- Assist in managing queuing systems to ensure orderly and efficient flow of traffic during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the visitor experience area to uphold high standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support special events or VIP guests by providing tailored assistance when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to undergo necessary training and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
