Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging visual arts curriculum for primary students
- Teach various art techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance artistic development
- Organize student art exhibitions and displays to showcase student work
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art across different subjects
- Prepare art materials and maintain an organized, safe classroom environment
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and appreciation for diverse art forms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification in visual arts education
- Experience teaching visual arts to primary school students (ages 6-12)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various art mediums
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Passion for arts education and working with children
- Ability to speak both English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently
