Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for process automation? RGP Corporation is seeking a skilled Visual Basic (VBA) Developer to join our prestigious team in Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business intelligence. You will leverage your expertise in VBA to streamline complex manual processes while building robust, insightful dashboards in Power BI. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex VBA macros to automate business reporting and data processing workflows.
- Design and build interactive, data-rich dashboards using Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and propose automated solutions.
- Perform thorough data validation and testing to ensure reporting accuracy and system reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed scripts and reporting models.
- Troubleshoot existing VBA applications and migrate legacy spreadsheets to more efficient structures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for reporting tools and automated templates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in VBA development and Excel automation.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database integration with Excel.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Experience with Office 365 ecosystem and SharePoint integration is a plus.
