Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging visual communication design curriculum aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students in design principles, software proficiency, and portfolio development
- Facilitate hands-on projects using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging design tools
- Foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking through real-world design challenges
- Collaborate with industry partners to provide internship and career opportunities
- Assess student progress through critiques, evaluations, and portfolio reviews
- Contribute to academic research and participate in design conferences
- Organize student exhibitions and design competitions to showcase creative work
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional design industry experience
- Proven teaching experience at tertiary education level preferred
- Expertise in design software: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative visual communication solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to mentor diverse student groups
- Knowledge of current design trends, UX principles, and digital media
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program assessment
