Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of precision parts to ensure compliance with blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines.
- Document inspection results accurately in the quality management system and maintain detailed records.
- Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming parts while supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Ensure all inspection activities adhere to workplace safety and ISO quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration integrity of all inspection tools and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in visual and dimensional inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in interpreting complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Hands-on experience with standard measuring equipment (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
