Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute compelling visual displays aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for mall common areas and retail tenants
- Source and select materials, fixtures, and props for display installations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely implementation of design projects
- Conduct site assessments and create technical drawings using CAD software
- Manage display maintenance schedules and refresh cycles
- Stay current with design trends and innovative retail merchandising techniques
- Prepare detailed budgets and cost estimates for display projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial design and display execution
- Knowledge of retail space planning and customer flow principles
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to translate brand concepts into tangible visual experiences
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
