- Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative visual displays, decorations, and promotional setups across Limketkai Mall
- Supervise installation teams to ensure timely execution of display projects with attention to detail and safety standards
- Develop seasonal and campaign-specific visual merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage display inventory, procurement of materials, and budget allocation for visual projects
- Train and mentor junior staff on display techniques, best practices, and brand standards
- Coordinate with marketing and retail departments to align visual elements with promotional calendars
- Conduct regular maintenance of displays to ensure optimal presentation throughout their lifecycle
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into mall environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual display or merchandising leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative display design and execution capabilities
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and drafting tools
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of retail space planning, lighting techniques, and 3D design principles
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising installation teams
- Physical ability to work on ladders, climb, and lift display materials (up to 20kg)
- Valid driver's license for material procurement and site visits
