- Design and execute in-store displays to enhance product visibility and customer engagement
- Develop seasonal and promotional visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimize store layouts to maximize traffic flow and sales conversion
- Manage visual assets including fixtures, lighting, and signage
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
- Analyze sales performance data to refine merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on visual standards and display maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail design (2+ years)
- Strong portfolio showcasing display design and brand execution projects
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp)
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail psychology
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
