As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will collaborate with store teams to implement seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and brand initiatives that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize product placement and visual presentations. - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across all stores in the region
- Create comprehensive display planning and guidelines for new product introductions
- Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices
- Monitor and maintain consistent visual presentation across all retail locations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns and promotional displays
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize product placement and visual presentations
- Manage the visual merchandising budget and allocate resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into visual merchandising
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful visual merchandising strategies
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
