Are you a creative leader with a passion for retail excellence? Erajaya is seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Penjaringan. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity across the region, ensuring that every store tells a compelling story through innovative display strategies.
As our Visual Merchandiser Supervisor, you will lead the charge in translating global marketing concepts into local store realities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute New Product Introductions (NPI) and ensure that our visual standards are not just met, but exceeded. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement regional visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Create comprehensive display guidelines and planograms for all New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistent adherence to brand identity and merchandising standards.
- Mentor and coach store staff on proper display maintenance and styling techniques.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations departments to align seasonal campaigns with floor execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure Erajaya remains at the forefront of retail innovation.
- Analyze store-level performance metrics to optimize floor layouts and product placement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail or telecommunications sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful display implementation and retail store management.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or CAD tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple store locations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and guide retail teams.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for store visits and site setups.
