As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you will lead the implementation of seasonal campaigns and store floor layouts. You will work closely with store management to ensure that our visual standards are consistently met, providing a premium shopping experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative visual display strategies that align with company branding and seasonal promotions.
- Supervise and train the store team on visual merchandising standards and product placement techniques.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure merchandise is displayed according to planograms and brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales performance data to adjust displays and optimize product placement for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with procurement and marketing departments to plan and install window displays and interior store signage.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current retail trends and competitor activities to keep our displays ahead of the curve.
- Manage the maintenance of visual props, fixtures, and lighting to ensure the store environment remains pristine.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong artistic flair and a portfolio demonstrating successful display implementations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple store locations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design software is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide retail staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
