- Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards across all regional stores
- Create detailed display planning and execution guidelines for new product launches
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of visual merchandisers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure brand consistency and compliance
- Manage visual merchandising budgets and resource allocation
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and display effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or Design field
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of retail trends, color theory, and spatial design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D rendering tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to travel within Jakarta region for store visits
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
