Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with supervisory exposure
- Proven expertise in planogram development and retail space planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data trends
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team training
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software (e.g., Planogram, VM Software)
