Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, revise, and present innovative design concepts that align with brand identity and promotional goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of visual displays, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency.
- Provide comprehensive briefings and hands-on guidance to store staff regarding display arrangements and product placements.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of visual merchandising strategies on foot traffic and sales performance.
- Regularly refresh in-store displays to keep the customer experience dynamic and aligned with seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source props and materials that enhance display aesthetics.
- Ensure all store locations strictly adhere to the company's visual merchandising guidelines and planograms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising projects and creative design skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data to inform design decisions.
- Ability to travel between store locations within the Jakarta Raya area as required.
