Join Eraya, a leading fashion retailer in Indonesia, as a Visual Merchandising Staff. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our visual identity and drive sales through effective store presentation. In this role, you will work closely with the design team and store management to ensure our products are displayed in the most attractive and engaging way possible.
Your key responsibilities will include reporting and coordination with the store team and designated PIC regarding design execution. You will actively monitor the usage of branding assets across the store area, ensuring that all visual elements align with our high standards. By maintaining visual consistency and optimizing display layouts, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. This is a full-time position offering the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising plans and design concepts.
- Coordinate closely with the store team and designated PIC regarding design execution.
- Monitor and manage the usage of branding assets and store materials to ensure brand compliance.
- Ensure all display areas adhere to Eraya's visual identity and brand standards.
- Provide regular reports on visual compliance and asset condition.
- Organize product displays to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
- Support the visual team in maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display is preferred.
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with the store team.
- Ability to follow design instructions and brand guidelines strictly.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Reliable and able to work full-time hours.
- Passion for fashion and the retail industry.
