- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistent execution
- Design compelling store layouts, display concepts, and window presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and buying teams for promotional launches and new product introductions
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual standards and compliance
- Manage visual merchandising budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Stay current with retail design trends and industry best practices
- Coordinate with store operations to optimize fixture placement and inventory visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Retail Management, or related field
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative retail design projects
- Excellent understanding of retail operations and customer psychology
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and aesthetics
