We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary VMWare NSX-T Subject Matter Expert to join the IT Infrastructure team at Insurance Company of North America. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the VMware NSX-T data center platform and micro-segmentation strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on NSX-T architecture, policy configuration, and security best practices.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and network engineering teams to integrate NSX-T with cloud and on-premise workloads.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for virtualized network issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding network configurations and operational procedures.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on NSX-T features and troubleshooting methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer or System Administrator specializing in VMware NSX-T and NSX-V.
- Strong working knowledge of Software-Defined Networking (SDN), overlay networks, and VXLAN/EVPN technologies.
- Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and distributed switching is required.
- Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python) is highly preferred.
- Valid VCP-NV (VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization) certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered network issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
