Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve automotive parts within the warehouse.
- Perform accurate receiving, checking, and put-away of incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct precise order picking, packing, and staging of outgoing shipments according to delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent scanning, data entry, and regular stock checks.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised work environment, and participating in stock-takes.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of equipment and goods, and incident reporting.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks and perform routine maintenance tasks on VNA forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow, resolve issues, and meet operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Valid VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Operator's license or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating VNA forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar material handling role is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, in a warehouse setting.
- Possess basic literacy and numeracy skills for inventory management, record-keeping, and understanding work instructions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, best practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proactive attitude, excellent teamwork, and effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods, managing inventory, and maintaining records.
