Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement structured vocational training curricula in hotel housekeeping, front office, and accommodation services tailored to students with MID.
- Conduct engaging practical and classroom-based training sessions, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and document individual student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to facilitate skill mastery.
- Collaborate with industry partners (hotels, serviced apartments) to coordinate internships, work attachments, and job placement opportunities.
- Adapt training materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring equal opportunity for success.
- Monitor and report student attendance, performance, and behavioral development to the multi-disciplinary team and parents/guardians.
- Maintain training equipment, supplies, and facilities to industry standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the enhancement of the vocational training program.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the hotel or accommodation industry.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or working with individuals with special needs is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about vocational education and empowerment.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
