Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement vocational training curricula tailored to students with Mild Intellectual Disabilities, focusing on Retail and Warehousing operations.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrating proper techniques for inventory management, customer service, packaging, and warehouse safety.
- Mentor and guide students through practical tasks, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning outcomes and self-esteem.
- Collaborate closely with special education teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic education plan for each student.
- Organize and coordinate community-based learning trips and industry exposure activities to broaden students' horizons.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, maintaining detailed records and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Education, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in vocational training, teaching, or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of retail and warehousing processes, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and handle sensitive situations with care.
- First Aid certification is an added advantage.
