Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise voice solutions using Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
- Manage the migration of legacy PBX systems to cloud-based Microsoft Teams telephony environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot audio/video quality issues, and optimize network configurations for VoIP.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients regarding Microsoft 365 voice features.
- Configure and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBC) and PSTN connectivity.
- Document technical workflows, SOPs, and system architecture to ensure team knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure secure integration of communication platforms with existing network infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience specializing in Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Voice environments.
- Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, and Session Border Controller (SBC) configurations (e.g., AudioCodes, Ribbon).
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Admin Center, and PowerShell for automation and management.
- Knowledge of network protocols, QoS (Quality of Service), and VoIP troubleshooting methodologies.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
