As a Voice & Non-Voice Agent, you will be the front line of our client's communication. Whether you prefer the dynamic nature of phone calls (Voice) or the structured environment of email and chat support (Non-Voice), we have the perfect role for you. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for every client.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through voice (phone) and non-voice (email/chat) channels.
- Accurately handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for an easy-to-manage account.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company system.
- Adhere to strict client and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Continuously update knowledge of client products, services, and promotions through training sessions.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to support service enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
- College graduates or undergraduates with relevant coursework are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills (minimum 30 WPM for non-voice roles).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Tondo, Metro Manila.
- Can start immediately or within 1-2 weeks after the job offer.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters with strong interpersonal skills are highly preferred.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have a valid work permit for the Philippines.
