Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust VoIP infrastructure to ensure high-quality voice and data transmission.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex configuration-level bugs and network latency issues that standard teams overlook.
- Develop and implement AI-driven automation scripts to optimize call routing, monitoring, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP services with internal AI platforms and CRM systems.
- Manage SIP trunking, PBX configurations, and network security protocols to ensure uptime and data integrity.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to proactively address potential bottlenecks.
- Document technical configurations and create automated reporting tools for infrastructure health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in VoIP engineering (Asterisk, FreePBX, or Cisco Unified Communications).
- Strong proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, QoS).
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve deep-seated configuration-level network issues.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in telecommunications is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
