Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP infrastructure including PBX systems and SIP trunking
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot voice quality issues proactively
- Configure cloud telephony platforms (AWS Chime, Google Voice, RingCentral) and integrations
- Implement security protocols for voice communications and data protection
- Document system configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align voice solutions with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging VoIP technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in VoIP administration and telephony systems
- Proficiency in SIP protocols, RTP streaming, and QoS implementation
- Hands-on experience with IP PBX systems (Asterisk, Cisco CallManager)
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, VLANs)
- Certifications in VoIP or networking (CCNA, CCA) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently in remote settings
