- Lead and oversee the end-to-end support of complex enterprise-grade application environments.
- Drive incident management processes, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution for critical business systems.
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions to identify potential bottlenecks and system vulnerabilities before they impact operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Manage the deployment lifecycle, including change management, release support, and post-implementation reviews.
- Mentor junior support staff and establish best practices for application reliability and stability.
- Participate in technology transformation initiatives to migrate and modernize legacy enterprise service stacks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in application support, production engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE) within a large enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level applications and complex distributed systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and middleware troubleshooting.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced global financial environment.
