- 10+ years in business intelligence with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in S2P process transformation and analytics optimization
- Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex data modeling experience
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into business value
- Strong change management skills for cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
- Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
