You will lead cross-functional teams to modernize our data infrastructure, harmonize global data standards, and implement robust governance frameworks that support complex public and private market investment strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Central Reference Data Management across the enterprise.
- Lead and mentor high-performing data management and engineering teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Establish and enforce enterprise data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of reference data.
- Collaborate with Investment and IT stakeholders to harmonize data standards across public and private market asset classes.
- Drive the modernization of legacy data platforms toward cloud-native architectures.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge data technologies to reduce manual intervention and improve data quality.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party data provider integration strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the financial services or investment management sector.
- Deep subject matter expertise in reference data domains (e.g., Instruments, Entities, Pricing, Corporate Actions).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise data transformation projects and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Strong technical background in SQL, Cloud Data Warehousing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake), and modern Data Integration tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and investment professionals.
- Experience with data quality management tools and regulatory reporting requirements.
