- Lead end-to-end commercial pricing strategy development and implementation for B2B products/services
- Act as financial gatekeeper for commercial decisions, evaluating bid profitability and opportunity structures
- Design comprehensive business cases supporting strategic investments, market expansions, and product launches
- Optimize pricing models using market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and cost-volume-profit analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and commercial decision frameworks
- Mentor commercial teams on financial implications of pricing and opportunity structures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in commercial activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in commercial pricing, financial planning, or business case development with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in B2B pricing strategies, bid management, and profitability analysis
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies
- Experience in fast-paced, competitive markets with demonstrated P&L impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills for executive audiences
