- Lead and develop multiple sales teams through Sales Managers to achieve segment-level revenue targets
- Design and execute strategic sales plans for non-banking financial products/services
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives
- Coach and mentor Sales Managers to enhance team capabilities and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial sales leadership, with 5+ years in non-banking sector
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Expertise in sales methodologies, CRM systems, and performance analytics
